Right from its conception, Obamacare, President Barack Obama’s new health care law was contentious. However, as its implementation date neared, it managed to battle out the Supreme Court, the White House and several rounds of budget brinkmanship. And now, with October 1 being just around the corner, the health care overhaul faces its ultimate test the verdict of the American people.

The government might be on the brink of a shutdown, but that will not stop insurance markets from opening up on Tuesday or the main components of the plan from going live, no matter the glitches.
As far as the people are concerned, they are not interested in the ideology or the policy details of the plan. In fact, they are not even concerned with the so-called glitches. What their primary worry is whether they can afford the premiums. The coverage will be extensive and if the related websites will truly make it easy shopping for health insurance.
